Yoga

Experience a way to escape from the everyday stressors of life while staying fit and getting in shape. The class will run in the upper level of the Grange Hall and will consist of the techniques performed by the art of Yoga. Some Yoga experience is required.

Pilates

Participate in a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. This class will help you get into better physical shape, by improving your posture, balance and core strength. Get yourself ready for the summer season by shaping up with Pilates.

Over 45 Women's Soccer
Coordinator: Sherri Cocchiola
Get back into the sport, and bake into shape, by joining other women over the age of 45 for some fun, non-competitive soccer scrimmages. The league is for all levels of players, to brush up on their soccer skills and meet some new people.

Zumba

Zumba is an up and coming new style of aerobics which incorporates Hip Salsa Dancing along with a cardiovascular workout. Come join us as we experience a new and exciting way to get that workout you were looking for and having a blast at the same time.

Over 35 Men's Basketball

If you are interested in playing a couple of pick up games a week, join us at Long River Middle School for a good time. The League consists of men over 35 years of age playing friendly pickup games with those in attendance during the evenings. The games take place on Monday and Wednesday nights and are held from 9 to 10:30 om in the LRMS Gymnasium.

Get Fit Together
Instructor: Debbie Walsh
Want to get a cardio workout and become physically fit? Our instructor is certified as an aerobics instructor by the American Muscle and Fitness Personal Training Association. If you are interested in the class, you must bring a mat or towel, bottled water, and hand weights weighing 2 to 3 pounds each.

Babysitting is available for $2 per child during the aerobics class time.
Men's Basketball

Are you 18 and over and looking for an Adult Basketball League to get involved in for the winter months? Join our Men's League for a competitive challenge. The league will play on Thursday and Friday evenings. To register your team you must sign up as soon as possible. There are only limited spots available. Women's Volleyball

Want to learn the game of volleyball while having some fun with a lieele competitive action? This league is an all women's league and you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are looking for serious competition, this would not be the league for you. If fun and having a good time is your main objective, then you should definately be involved in this program.
